For one of our clients, a world-leading company in the Education sector, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team in Spain

 

In a nutshell

  • You will provide 1st line IT support for incidents and service requests in person or via remote support tools.
  • You will take ownership and a proactive approach to ensure all incidents or service requests are resolved or closed within the agreed upon SLAs
  • You will manage on prem and Azure AD user and group objects

 

Stack

JAMF, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, etc.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Service Desk Support
  • Fluent level of English
