It was a long due to revamp our “Letter of Introduction” and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
Alongside with the release of the new logo, it was our aim to convey a modern and sleek interface for you. We have tried to transmit our core values with this design: honesty, transparency, trust, closeness… Hope we made it!
Yes, we can hear you: “yeah, yeah, you have a new website, so what?”. Well, first, let us tell you we don’t like your manners, kid! Then, let us explain 😀
We are a digital company, and as such, our website is our face and our best way to tell the IT world that we are here to help in the best possible way. “Well, like all the rest, right?”. Don’t be impatient! Yes and no. We are all here to help, yes, but not everyone does it the same way.
We pride ourselves in being a small company very focused on our two clients: professionals and hiring companies, so we love paying attention to small details and adapting to both side’s needs. That is what we want to show in our new website.
For the companies hiring our services, we want to be very clear. We are here to become your go-to IT recruitment agency. We want to establish a long-term relationship by adapting to your needs. Not only that, but we pride ourselves in being as realistic as possible. If you are looking for something that is not there, we will simply tell you. When presenting a candidate to cover a position, we do not inflate salary expectations, nor skills. What you see is what you get. If someone does not have certain skills, we will be honest about it. On that same sense, if the salary you are offering is not aligned with the market, we will let you know.
The same applies for people willing to take the next step in their professional careers. If a potential employer has certain conditions that might be not ideal (for instance, working Friday afternoons, :O), we will let you know in advance, to make sure that nobody’s losing their time. Salary conditions go upfront too (in a range) so you can decide either to move forward or not.
Our job here is making sure every party is happy with the agreement. – “Are you sure?” – “Yes, absolutely, you can ask any of our clients.” 😛
We thought it was also important to present our services in a detailed way. It is easy to infer what our main business model is, and you are probably right, but also, we do many other things that might help you with your day-to-day operations.
We added an extended About Us section too. If you ever had the curiosity to know more about the people behind the scenes, this is your chance. The more you know the person on the other side of the line, the easier communication becomes. After all, we are very normal people, and we try to keep it always as informal as possible. “Ha, ha! The guy with the ponytail looks funny!” Hey, you are taking it too far kiddo! xD
We try to keep it simple. We are well aware that in this fast-paced environment, simplicity is key. And yes, we know you, IT professionals, are fed up with recruiters contacting you with opportunities not even aligned with what you do, even less so with your interests. Well, we don’t do that, and we are trying to keep it as simple as possible for you too.
In the Jobs section, you may get updates about our opportunities and latest releases, and you will be able to apply with one (well, maybe two) clicks if interested. We aim to be as transparent as possible, giving you a full description, a salary bracket and the % of remote work that you’d have. We know that time is precious, that’s why we try to keep it as short without omitting any relevant information. Throughout the process, there’s plenty of time to share very in-detail information or any other specifics that you might need.
Finally, we will be publishing one new entry in our blog every month, with our take about the hottest topics in HR in general and particularly IT Recruitment.
Do not hesitate to contact us, even if you don’t see an offer you’d like to apply to. We believe in long-term relationships with all of our stakeholders and who knows, sometimes opportunities are where you less expect them.
And you? How do you like it? We REALLY would like to have your feedback. After all, this is made for you.
If you made it this far, we think you deserve it. What? We don’t like to brag about it, but NBS stands for No Bullshit. In an industry too full of it, we try to deliver a full NoBS experience.
NBS to you all!
